Four Seasons Food is proactive in quality and food safety.  We are committed to providing high quality and safe products that meet and exceed our customers’ needs and expectation.  

Four Seasons Food has implemented a quality assurance and food safety program to ensure the quality products are produced consistently.  The HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Program) further identifies, monitors and controls all the critical control points at each stage of production line (receiving, preparation, processing, sanitation and packaging) to ensure that all customers receive safe fresh cut vegetables.
 
Four Seasons Food employs sufficient number of trained personnel to monitor vendor and manufacturing processes; routinely update processes and systems based upon best available knowledge; utilize industry association programs to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory initiatives.  To further ensure our HACCP and food safety program are meeting the standards, we arrange independent third party auditor to conduct audits at our facilities.  Four Seasons Food is proud to earn a Gold Rating from Guelph Food Technology Centre (GFTC) four years in a row.
